“Advanced Recruitment Methods ensuring the ‘Right Fit’ in the Help Desk hiring process”

presented by Don Stewart, Senior Partner

inRound Innovations Inc.

Summary

Recruiting and staffing costs are one of the largest expenses regularly charged to the budget of any Help Desk. When you count salaries, benefits, bonuses, training and other personnel costs, companies invest a great deal of resources into their employees. Why, then, are companies still relying on antiquated recruitment methods when there are many proven ways now available to increase your hiring success rate?

If you are involved, in any way, in the Help Desk hiring process, this presentation will be both enlightening and beneficial to increasing your knowledge of advanced Help Desk recruitment methodologies.

This presentation will provide an overview of the costs associated with poor hiring practices and how today’s help desk hiring manager can increase hiring success, thus reducing turnover and all of the associated costs. We will look at the vast array of web based recruitment methods available today, analyzing the pros and cons of each. New advances in skills based testing, psychological evaluations and workplace cultural fit evaluations will also be discussed to demonstrate to the hiring manager just what tools are available to them to ensure that the “Right Fit” is established when making the next job offer.
