Introduction
This will be a full day filled with
presentations on hot topics from the Service Desk industry along with
group workshops; both facilitated and presented by Subject Matter
Experts (SME) and Industry Practitioners eager to share their knowledge
and experience among the IT Service Delivery and Support Professionals
in our business community.
Don’t pass up this wonderful
opportunity to learn, network and have fun at this affordable price.
HDI is the world’s largest association of
help desk professionals and is a highly regarded association. The
Ottawa Help Desk Institute (HDI) is a not for profit organization
promoting member collaboration, networking opportunities, educational
programs and new technology for the Help Desk and IT Support industry.
Many of our members belong to the government and private industry:
businesses including private corporations, federal, provincial and
municipal government, staffing organizations, consulting firms, vendors
and educational institutions. Accenture, Anjura, City of Ottawa, Cognos,
Hewlett Packard, University of Ottawa, inRound Innovations and Wilcom
Systems are just a few of the members enjoying the benefits of the
Ottawa Help Desk Institute.
Proceeds are going to
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Canada is an
affiliate of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International
started in 1970, by a group of concerned parents of children with
juvenile (type 1) diabetes. They saw a need for an organization
dedicated to finding a cure for this potentially deadly disease, and
felt the way to find a cure for diabetes was through significant
funding of diabetes research.

Thank you for your participation!
