HDI’s annual Practices and Salary Surveys were
conducted from July through November of this year. The majority of
participants in the survey were HDI members (76%), and 36% indicated
that they were active in an HDI chapter. 790 companies completed
both of the surveys. HDI has compared many of the responses with the
2003 and 2004 surveys plus they have added additional analysis based
on specific industry type for some of the more interesting
differences we found.
