Ottawa Help Desk Institute (HDI)

networking event of the year. We are looking forward to your
participation in 2004 – 2005 which provides learning and networking
opportunities and a commitment to developing the Help Desk and
Technical Support community.
We want to thank you for your continued membership
with the Help Desk Institute - Ottawa Local Chapter. We also would
like to invite the Help Desk and Support community to join our
association and attend our first gathering of the year. Existing
members are invited to bring along a guest at no charge for this
kick-off meeting.
