Justification for Soft Skills Training Cost of non-conformance measurement

Summary

This will be an interactive workshop where we collectively as teams will brain storm ideas to evaluate and address such questions, but not limited, to those listed below.

  1. Just how do we measure the cost of non-conformance for not meeting the soft skills requirements at the Help Desk?

  2. How do we measure the ROI on training our Help Desk staff, specifically Soft Skills Training?How do we determine what the right standard and level of requirement for soft skill training for the help desk agents

  3. Do we have to make the Service Level Requirements (SLR) and build them into the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)?
